Job summary

CJ Logistics Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Counter Associate to join our field team in Richmond, VA. You will be the front line for customer service, issuing parts and documenting movements in the WMS at the counter.

You will handle order fulfillment, inventory control, and adherence to procedures while supporting warehouse operations and cross-functional communication with planners and management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in PC use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Issue parts accurately based on work orders and requests at the counter.
• Document movement of items in the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Follow procedures for special item issuance and IMEP restrictions.
• Notify planners/management about PIAC status and block status as needed.
• Document returns, credits, transfers, and erroneous transactions.
• Pick orders and transport them as requested.
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and note discrepancies.
• Maintain clean and organized counter and stockroom.
• Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.
