Qualifications

• Data entry/keyboard skills.
• Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
• Ability to use John Deere applications.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fork lift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keys dealer orders in the business system and converts orders to purchase orders.
• Filing and tracking orders.
• Ensure all orders are invoiced.
• Process and research credits.
• Assist and transfer parts department and customer service calls.
• Assist with filing claims on overages and shortages.
• Schedule pickups needed for claims.
• Assist with core returns.
