Flint Equipment Company is seeking a Parts Counter Associate for our Albany, GA location. The role focuses on data entry, processing dealer orders, and maintaining accurate order status within our business system.

You will support the parts department and customer service teams to ensure efficient service and invoicing. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, basic parts knowledge, and the ability to use John Deere software.

Qualifications

• Fork lift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keys dealer orders in the business system and converts orders to purchase orders.

• Ensure all orders are invoiced.

• Assist and transfer parts department and customer service calls.
• Assist with filing claims on overages and shortages.
• Schedule pickups needed for claims.
• Assist with core returns.
