Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to service department, counter & phone customers.
• Offers recommendations for sales of additional related parts or accessories.
• Process orders accurately and communicate pick-up or delivery status.
• Locate and obtain merchandise for customers, in-stock or non-stocked.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with inventory tasks.
• Help maintain showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Keep parts department clean and orderly.
• Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.
