Skyline Ford is seeking a Top-Performing Ford Parts Counterperson to join our professional team. The role focuses on keeping technicians supplied with the correct parts, with speed, accuracy, and clear communication at the forefront.

You will work at the back parts counter, identify and distribute Ford parts, manage urgent orders, and collaborate closely with technicians, advisors, and the parts team to maintain service flow and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of Ford dealership parts experience.
• Strong Ford parts cataloging and lookup skills.
• The ability to move quickly while remaining accurate.
• A strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• A team-first mindset.
• CDK and X-Time experience is preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules and possibly some weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keeping technicians supplied with the correct parts when they need them
• Providing fast, accurate support at the back parts counter
• Identifying, locating, ordering, and distributing Ford parts
• Staying ahead of special orders, back orders, and potential delays
• Communicating problems early so the team can adjust
• Following every request through to completion
• Working closely with technicians, advisors, and the entire parts team
• Helping protect the speed, accuracy, and flow of our service department
