Ideal candidates bring Ford dealership parts experience, strong cataloging skills, excellent communication, and a team-first mindset. This role demands reliability, organization, and a readiness to work flexible schedules, possibly weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of Ford dealership parts experience.
• Strong Ford parts cataloging and lookup skills.
• Ability to move quickly while remaining accurate.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Team-first mindset.
• CDK and X-Time experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Keeping technicians supplied with the correct parts when they need them.
• Providing fast, accurate support at the back parts counter.
• Identifying, locating, ordering, and distributing Ford parts.
• Staying ahead of special orders, back orders, and potential delays.
• Communicating problems early so the team can adjust.
• Following every request through to completion.
• Working closely with technicians, advisors, and the entire parts team.
• Helping protect the speed, accuracy, and flow of our service department.
