Qualifications

• Two years of Ford dealership parts experience.
• Strong Ford parts cataloging and lookup skills.
• Ability to move quickly while remaining accurate.
• Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.
• Clear, professional communication.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Team-first mindset.
• CDK and X-Time experience preferred.
• Flexible schedules including weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keep technicians supplied with the correct parts when they need them.
• Provide fast, accurate support at the back parts counter.
• Identify, locate, order, and distribute Ford parts.
• Stay ahead of special orders, back orders, and potential delays.
• Communicate problems early so the team can adjust.
• Follow every request through to completion.
• Work closely with technicians, advisors, and the entire parts team.
• Help protect the speed, accuracy, and flow of our service department.
