Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting appropriate parts and accessories.

• Use cataloging systems to locate, identify, and order parts.
• Check in, stock, organize, and label incoming parts and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory labeling and organize parts department.
• Communicate promotions, product information, and warranty details to customers.
• Fulfill parts requests for Service Technicians and repair orders.
• Support physical inventory counts and general inventory management.
• Handle shipping and receiving for retail and wholesale orders.
• Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
