Klein Honda in Everett, WA is seeking a Parts Counter Person for full-time work in our busy Parts Department. You will assist retail customers, wholesale accounts, and service technicians to locate the right Honda parts and accessories quickly and accurately.

Bring at least 1 year of automotive experience, strong customer service skills, and comfort with POS systems. Multilingual candidates are a plus as we serve a diverse community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of automotive experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service at the counter and on the phone
• Help customers choose the right Honda parts and accessories for their vehicle
• Process orders accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Answer questions and resolve customer issues or complaints
• Work with the sales and service teams to hit department goals
• Keep the counter area clean and organized
• Stay current on Honda product knowledge and industry updates
