Job summary

Buerkle Honda in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a Counterperson to join our busy Honda Parts department. This full-time, in-person role emphasizes excellent customer service and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have CDK experience and at least one year in a parts counter role; you will manage inventory, process orders, and assist customers. A valid driver's license and willingness to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year CDK experience plus 1 year parts counterperson experience.
• Self-motivated and enjoy working independently and with a team.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming and outgoing parts inventory for the dealership.
• Mark and store parts in stockrooms according to pre-arranged systems.
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts customers.
• Fill customer orders from stock or locate & order available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
• Package & ship parts to customers or back to the manufacturer and complete recordkeeping.
• Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or descriptions.
• Refer to parts manuals to determine the right part for the vehicle.
