Job summary

AppleOne is seeking a dependable Parts Counter Sales Associate in Shreveport, LA for a full-time temp-to-hire role. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in counter sales, parts, retail, or customer service and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers health benefits, PTO, and growth opportunities. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in parts counter sales, retail counter sales or customer service.
• Ability to identify parts needs and communicate options clearly to customers.
• Strong customer service skills and dependable approach.
• Basic computer skills for order entry, inventory lookup and transaction processing.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with identifying, locating, and ordering the correct parts for equipment or repair needs.
• Source parts from suppliers, place orders, and coordinate distribution to customers or internal teams.
• Provide friendly, professional service while communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, parts information, order documentation, and related transaction details.
• Keep the parts counter, inventory area, and workspaces clean, organized, and efficient.
