Holman Enterprises' AutoPark Honda is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to join our team. You will assist customers and mechanics, read catalogs or computer listings to identify parts, and process orders.

As a key front-line member, you will maintain inventory, help with stocking and shipping, and uphold a clean, professional counter area while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Reads catalogs or computer listings to identify replacement parts.
• Fills orders, logs parts, and processes telephone orders.
• Provide exceptional service to customers and vendors.
• Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping.
• Maintain records of time, expenses, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Assess the type of part needed and determine the correct part.
• Read catalogs or computer listings to obtain stock numbers.
• Process customer orders and recommend related repair items.
• Assist daily inventory and stockroom organization.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of service counter and stockroom.
