Responsibilities

• Complete purchase orders and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilize manuals and data to determine parts needed and provide diagnostic assistance to customers.
• Contact vendors to order parts.
• Review invoices to ensure accuracy between parts ordered and received.
• Store parts in designated areas and issue parts to service department/customers as needed.
• Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically.
