Responsibilities

• Complete purchase orders and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilize manuals and electronic data to determine specific parts needed by customers and provide diagnostic assistance
• Contact vendors to order parts
• Review invoices to ensure parts received reflect parts ordered on requisitions
• Store parts in designated area and issue parts to service department/customers as needed
• Maintain records of parts received and distributed; inventory parts in warehouse periodically
