Job summary

Lexus of Henderson is seeking a reliable Parts Counter Specialist to assist technicians with parts orders, maintain inventory, and suggest optimal parts options. The role emphasizes accuracy, fast service, and strong customer interactions in a busy dealership environment.

You will pull parts from inventory, place orders with Lexus and approved suppliers, and ensure proper payment records and adherence to company policies. Strong integrity and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of parts counter experience.
• R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS

• Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of parts counter experience
• R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS
• Successful retail and cash handling experience
• Basic knowledge of automobiles
• Is legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability

Pay:Salary plus commissions based on department productivity
