Job summary

Lexus of Henderson is seeking a reliable Parts Counter Specialist to support technicians by ordering and recommending parts, maintaining inventory, and processing parts transactions. You will pull parts from inventory, place orders with Lexus and approved suppliers, and keep accurate records, with emphasis on integrity, customer service and teamwork in a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of parts counter experience.
• R&R (ERA) experience is a PLUS.
• Successful retail and cash handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of automobiles.
• Is legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver's license and maintain insurability.

• Assist all technicians, guests, other internal customers, and vendors with necessary parts orders.
• Suggest companion part requirements and ensure exposure to the full product line.
• Pull parts purchased from inventory and maintain accurate bin counts.
• Order parts and accessories from Lexus and approved after-market suppliers.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all payment transactions.
