Job summary

Gibbs Truck Centers, a Central California-based medium/heavy-duty truck dealer, is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to assist customers, determine parts needs, sell parts, and process orders while maintaining a friendly in-store display and merchandising area.

You will engage with customers using professional selling techniques, maintain strong customer relations, and work with computer systems in the parts department. Spanish fluency is valued, with competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, excellent customer relations skills.
• Spanish fluency valued!
• Confirmed knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies and inventory management knowledge
• Deep understanding of financial reporting principles
• Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all commodities sold
• Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles

Responsibilities

• Assist in determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts and providing order processing services.
• Knowledge of all parts systems, features and benefits for parts commodities sold

Pay Rate is $19.00 - $26.00 plus Commission
