You will handle phone quotes, walk-in customers, inventory checks, order processing, and coordination with the service team to ensure timely parts availability and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous parts counter or automotive retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work with inventory systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify parts needs, and upsell compatible items.
• Pull parts from inventory and process special orders.
• Assist service department with parts for in-process repairs.
• Enter orders, verify pricing, and handle returns per policy.
