Job summary

Legacy Equipment in Paragould, AR is seeking an entry level customer service associate to provide exceptional service to the service department, counter and phone customers while sharing timely information about accounts, products, rates and services offered.

You will assist in sales of related parts, process in-store orders, locate merchandise, help maintain showroom displays, support inventory accuracy, and help keep the parts area clean. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Maintain inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assist with cycle counts; report discrepancies.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Routinely lifts items weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to Supervisor
• Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
