Bergey’s Truck Center - Lebanon is hiring a parts specialist at our Lebanon, PA location. The role focuses on assisting customers with parts selection, answering calls, and supporting the commercial sales counter.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers at a parts counter.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to manage inventory, pricing, and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts with friendly, professional service.
• Provide price quotes and information via phone and in person.
• Review estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and prepare for delivery or pickup.
• Notify managers of out-of-stock parts and coordinate emergency orders as needed.
