Bergey’s of Wilkes Barre is seeking a full-time Parts Clerk to join our Bergey’s team. The role involves shipping and receiving all incoming orders and parts, selling parts to customers, and performing daily deliveries to wholesale customers.

Responsibilities include stock checks, assembling orders, inspecting shipments for damages, and maintaining a clean, safe workplace. Valid driver’s license and background checks required. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Ships and receives all incoming orders and parts in a timely manner.
• Sells parts to all customers over the counter, through the shop or on the phone.
• Performs deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Checks in stock orders and special orders daily.
• Assembles and prepares orders for shipment and delivery.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and coordinates with shipper to rectify issues.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and keeps work areas organized.
• Assists customers in selecting required parts and informs them of companion part requirements.
• Answers phone calls, provides price quotes, and delivers high level customer service.
