Job summary

LK Jordan is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Sales Representative in the Houston area to support customers with inquiries and purchases of heavy equipment parts. You will identify and source the correct replacement parts, process orders and quotes, and maintain detailed knowledge of parts and inventory.

The role requires experience with parts lookup systems, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of parts counter sales experience.
• Experience with heavy equipment parts and components.
• Knowledge of part numbers and equipment breakdowns.
• Experience with inventory systems, purchase orders, and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the parts counter with heavy equipment parts inquiries and purchases.
