Job summary

West Side Tractor Sales in South Bend, IN is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Representative to assist customers, locate parts, manage orders, and support service technicians. This full-time position offers competitive pay ($20.00-$23.00+ per hour), a comprehensive benefits package, and hands-on experience with John Deere equipment in a safety‑focused, collaborative team environment.

You will contribute to store organization, stock management, and customer satisfaction while working a flexible

Qualifications

1–3 years in a parts department or related field.
Friendly and professional communicator with exceptional customer service.
Comfortable with data entry and basic computer skills.
Willing to work some weekends and extended hours as needed.
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Parts Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers in finding the parts they need and answer any questions they have.
Order Management: Follow up on orders, handle shortages, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Technician Support: Supply service technicians with parts needed to complete their work on time.
Manage Stock: Receive, stock, and organize parts to ensure readiness.
Store Organization: Maintain a clean and welcoming parts counter area.
