TRU LAND Equipment, a John Deere dealer with 18 locations across Indiana and Ohio, seeks a parts counter associate. You will service customers, process orders, and support the service department with parts recommendations and timely information.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year parts or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours. Forklift operation and lifting up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Agriculture degree preferred.
• 1+ years of Parts experience or related sales/service experience.
• Ability to connect with customers and maintain professionalism.
• Demonstrates basic selling process and multitasking ability.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends; valid license.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to customers over the counter and assist service needs.
• Provide excellent customer service at counter/phone and internally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and promote promotions.
• Process orders accurately and communicate pickup/delivery status.
• Maintain inventory integrity and showroom displays.
• Operate forklift when needed and assist in department processes.
