Job summary

United Ag & Turf NE is seeking a Parts Counter Sales professional to assist customers over the phone and in person, researching parts for John Deere and other equipment. You will handle selling, stocking, and delivery of parts while providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes high energy, strong communication, and teamwork, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide robust customer service to internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills and research abilities.
• High energy with a positive attitude and strong communication.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Experience with John Deere equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Selling, stocking, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories.
• In store customer service.
• Overall organizational promotions.
• Working with all vendors and alternate resources.
• Being a team player and working with internal and external customers.
• Monitoring shortages and expediting processes.
• Keeping parts department and warehouse clean and orderly.
• Ensure that inventory control practices are followed.
