Job summary

Express Employment is now hiring a Counter Sales representative for a local company. You will greet customers, sell products, and manage parts transactions on the retail floor.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of cataloging and basic inventory is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for growth in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customers.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledge all customers.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
• Provide service technicians with parts as required.
• Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
• Maintains the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhances the cleanliness of products and the retail sales floor.
