Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to lift and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using computer systems for order entry and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and accurately assist technicians at the parts counter with parts for Honda service orders.
• Support fast-moving service operations with efficient parts fulfillment.
• Manage online parts and accessories orders from intake to fulfillment, including shipping and customer communication.
• Handle wholesale accounts, including phone orders, price quotes, and relationships with local repair shops.
• Provide front counter support to walk-in retail customers with product knowledge and great service.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory with accuracy and detail.
• Monitor parts levels and maintain records of stock and movement.
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager and team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace at all times.
