Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and warranty handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with parts orders and service department support.
• Locate parts using computer systems and process backorders/returns.
• Suggest replacement parts and new product ideas and provide sales leads.
• Maintain counter area, cash drawer, and overall shop cleanliness.
• Assist in achieving department financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and customer resolution.
