• Experienced in front counter parts sales.

Responsibilities

• Back counter parts.
• Front counter parts sales.
• Call on all special-order parts for prompt installation or pickup.
• Pre-pull all service for technician.
• Inventory control.
• Process all warranty exchanges.
• Removal of paid warranty parts.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Promote internal sales.
• Maintain professional demeanor and attendance.
