Lexus of Tacoma, part of the O'Brien Auto Group, is hiring an EXPERIENCED Full-Time Parts Counterperson. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a dealership and knowledge of Toyota/Lexus parts, Ignite, and Advance Services.

The role is commission-based with a base salary plus monthly performance bonuses and benefits. The Parts Counterperson will work with the parts manager to ensure correct parts are provided, assist with front and back counter sales, handle special orders, and support technicians

Formación

• 2+ years experience as a Parts Counterperson in a dealership
• Experience with Toyota or Lexus parts
• Familiarity with Ignite and Advance Services
• Commission-based compensation structure

Responsabilidades

• Back counter parts management and front counter parts sales
• Call on all special-order parts for prompt installation or pickup
• Pre-pull service for technicians and inventory control
• Process warranty exchanges and remove damaged/warranty parts
• Ensure proper tagging and liaison with technicians on warranty parts
• Input daily orders and maintain a clean department environment
