Scorpion Harley-Davidson in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to assist customers and technicians in identifying parts and to deliver top-tier service.

You will handle customer interactions in person and by phone, enter and manage inventory data, stock parts, and maintain organized displays while ensuring orders are followed through and customers are satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises.

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs

• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises- including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas - while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
