Job summary

RideNow Powersports Ocala is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to deliver top-tier service. You will assist customers and technicians in selecting the right parts, manage customer and inventory data, and keep displays organized in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with inventory systems/POS software. Commission-based pay, and health coverage options are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred)
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software (CDK, Lightspeed)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
