Job summary

Future Ford of Roseville is seeking motivated individuals for an automotive parts role within their high-performing Parts Department team in California. As part of a family-owned organization with over 60 years of success, you will assist customers in selecting automotive parts and ensure exceptional service.

Compensation ranges from $23.00 - $28.00 per hour plus bonuses based on performance. Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and eager to contribute to a growing dealership team.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts counter or wholesale parts experience preferred.
• Ford parts experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist parts counter customers with selecting automotive parts and accessories.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Locate, source, and order parts efficiently and accurately.

Pay Scale

Base hourly compensation ranges between $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, plus substantial bonus opportunities based on overall performance and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Assist parts counter customers with selecting automotive parts and accessories
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Locate, source, and order parts efficiently and accurately
• Prepare invoices and coordinate parts deliveries for wholesale customers
• Build and maintain strong wholesale account relationships
• Proactively solicit and grow wholesale business opportunities
• Maintain accurate inventory and parts documentation
• Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers
• Support daily parts department operations in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Automotive parts counter or wholesale parts experience preferred
• Ford parts experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Computer and inventory system experience preferred
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
