Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to join our team. You will assist customers at the front counter or by phone, process sales, and help customers find the right parts.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in parts counter sales, automotive industry experience preferred, and solid MS Office skills. You will upsell, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate orders. We offer competitive benefits and growth within our dealership network.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
