Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to deliver outstanding customer service at the front counter and over the phone, process sales transactions, and upsell related parts.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of parts counter sales experience; automotive industry experience is preferred. Strong MS Office skills and a team‑oriented attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses:

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
