Nextran Truck Centers is hiring a Parts Counter Sales representative at our Duluth, GA location. You will be a valued team member, assisting customers with parts needs at the front counter or via phone, handling sales transactions, and upselling related parts and specials.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of parts sales or relevant experience, preferably in the automotive sector, with strong MS Office and general computer literacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of parts counter sales or equivalent experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front counter or over the phone.
• Handle sales transactions in a friendly, professional manner.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock

Ideal Candidates Posses

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience
• Automotive Industry experience preferred
• MS Office and computer literacy
• Team-player attitude at all times!
