Job summary

Selking International in South Bend, IN is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to provide friendly, customer-focused service at our dealership. You will locate and obtain parts, make recommendations, and process in-store orders with accuracy.

Experience with Microsoft Office and basic selling skills help, but a strong customer service mindset and professional image are essential. We offer competitive pay, biweekly pay, benefits, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locate and obtain parts for customers, whether in-stock, in-store or non-stocked.
• Provide recommendations for additional parts/accessories.
• Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our Service Department, counter and phone customers.
• Maintain professional sales image.

Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our South Bend, IN Dealership.

Hours: Monday - Friday / Saturday rotation

Education, Experience, Skills and Knowledge:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Maintain a professional sales image
• A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process
• Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
• Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked
• Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories
• Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
