The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a reliable Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role offers day shift hours, customer and staff interaction, and a chance to be an essential part of dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a busy setting, and a valid driver’s license. We provide comprehensive training and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and dealership staff in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and vehicle-specific parts information
• Process parts payments and ensure accurate billing
• Fulfill customer and technician orders from available inventory
• Input parts orders for daily shipment, delivery, or customer pick-up
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Locate and source parts when items are out of stock
• Use parts catalogs and manuals to identify the correct parts by vehicle make, model, and year
