Job summary

Selking International is actively seeking a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our Fort Wayne, IN dealership. You will assist service customers, locate parts, and process orders with a focus on service excellence.

We offer competitive hourly pay plus bonus opportunities after 30 days, a comprehensive benefits package, and optional 401K with company match. Training and development are emphasized in a small company environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a professional sales image.
• A mechanical background and parts knowledge are a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process.
• Passion for customer service for Service Department, counter and phone customers.
• Experience using standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office.
• Locate and obtain parts for customers (in-stock, out-of-stock, non-stocked).
• Provide recommendations for sales of related parts/accessories.
• Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders.

Selking International is actively searching for a customer-oriented Parts Counter Salesperson at our Fort Wayne, IN Dealership.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM-6PM / Saturday rotation

Education, Experience,Skills and Knowledge:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Maintain a professional sales image
• A mechanical background, experience with truck/auto/engine service or parts knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of the selling process
• Applicant must possess a passion for customer service providing excellence to our Service Department, counter and phone customers
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet applications
• Locating and obtaining Parts for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock or non-stocked
• Provide recommendations for sales of additional related or needed parts / accessories
• Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders
