Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers in Duluth, GA is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the parts counter and over the phone. You will process sales, upsell parts, and support outbound calls to assigned accounts.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of parts counter sales experience, familiarity with automotive parts, MS Office, and a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions performed in a professional, efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock.

Responsibilities

• One year of experience in parts counter sales, and/or equivalent combination of sales and industry experience.
• Automotive Industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy.
