Job summary

Nextran Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Counter Sales representative in Duluth, GA. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the counter or on the phone, process sales, and upsell related parts to customers.

Outbound calls to targeted accounts and efficient order preparation are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 1 year in parts counter sales, is customer-focused, and can multitask between in-person and telephone customers while using MS Office and maintaining a professional

Qualifications

• One year of experience in parts counter sales or equivalent sales/industry background.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• MS Office and computer literacy are required.
• Customer-focused service approach is essential.
• Good problem-solving capabilities and multitasking ability.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize between in-person and phone customers.
• High school diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the parts counter or over the phone.
• Process sales transactions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Upsell companion part requirements and specials.
• Make outbound sales calls to targeted accounts.
• Prepare parts, including filling orders from stock.

As a Parts Counter Sales representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Exceptional customer service when assisting all customers with parts needs at the front parts counter or over the phone.
• Sales transactions in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Upselling companion part requirements and specials.
• Outbound sales calls for assigned, targeted accounts.
• Parts preparation, including order filling from stock
