Job summary

Bramco Group is seeking a full-time Parts Counter position at the Stanville, KY location. The role involves assisting customers with parts, quotes, and orders, while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities include identifying parts, processing returns, checking availability, and placing orders with manufacturers. Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in retail/counter sales, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen.
