Job summary

BRAMCO GROUP in Nashville/La Vergne, TN is seeking a friendly Parts Counter Sales Associate to help customers identify parts and process orders. You will work with the team to provide accurate pricing and timely service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email or in person, placing orders with manufacturers, and handling routine office tasks. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in retail or counter sales, plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in retail/counter sales. Heavy equipment industry a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
• Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to stoop, kneel, push, pull, twist and carry and lift up to 40lbs.
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen
