JX Enterprises, Inc. invites you to join our team as a Parts Counter Representative in Oak Creek, WI. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am to 4:30pm and a path for growth within a family-owned, long-standing business.

You will greet customers, assist with orders, learn our systems and E-Portal programs, help mechanics locate parts, and support a positive, service-oriented culture. We value teamwork and customer excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level with 0 years of experience.
• Prefer 1+ year of experience.
• Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
• The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in-person and over the phone.
• Assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.
• Learn navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.
• Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.
• Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
• Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
