Job summary

Penske Honda in Indianapolis, part of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Parts Counter Representative to help deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring timely delivery of parts to both retail and service teams.

You will support technicians and customers, maintain accurate parts inventory, and collaborate with colleagues to uphold our standards of integrity and teamwork. A strong focus on service, communication, and efficiency is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent; two years related experience preferred.
• ASE Certification and i-Car Certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts orders.
• Support service technicians with timely parts delivery.
• Maintain accuracy and availability of parts.
