Yellowhouse Machinery Co. is seeking a Parts Representative for our San Angelo, TX location. You will sell service parts and accessories while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining showroom displays.

Key duties include assisting Service Technicians with parts, managing inventory, and processing orders. The role requires teamwork, basic selling and data-entry skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Yellowhouse Machinery is currently accepting applications for Parts Representatives at our San Angelo, TX location. Our applicants must exhibit a strong work ethic and be able to provide supporting references.

Purpose: Selling service parts, fluids, attachments and accessories. In addition, provides exceptional internal and external customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Identifies and provides complete parts solutions for customers.

Reports To: Parts Manager

• Quickly establishes a rapport and relationship with customers.
• Promotes and adheres to company policy at all times with emphasis on a team mentality.
• Provides a quality customer experience through knowledge, use of systems, and process execution.
• Promotes marketing efforts provided by Management.
• Provides parts recommendations including alternatives that meet customers’ needs.
• Fulfills online orders in a timely manner and places them in will call area.
• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to the Parts Manager
• Assists in keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly.
• Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to Teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Promotes customer service at all times throughout the organization.
• Safely operates a forklift and other related equipment as needed.
• Executes other duties as assigned by management.
