Morrie’s Auto Group in Eau Claire, WI, is hiring for a Parts Clerk to support technicians and retail guests. You’ll obtain and price parts, handle inquiries, stock inventory, and maintain an orderly parts area, while promoting product sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a valid driver's license and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and guests quickly.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and document it.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean, orderly manner.
• Provide information to customers and upsell where appropriate.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
