Job summary

Cavender Toyota in San Antonio is seeking a Parts Counter Associate with basic automotive knowledge and strong customer service skills. The role offers on-the-job training, a supportive team, and opportunities to grow within a busy parts and service department.

You will assist customers and technicians, identify parts, and process orders while maintaining an organized counter and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge and strong customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work Monday-Saturday.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders.
• Identify parts, pricing, and availability using dealership systems.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Accurately bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs).
• Support inventory tasks including stocking, returns, and organization.
• Process warranty parts and core returns.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and accounting teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter.
