Job summary

Cavender Auto Family is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate in San Antonio, TX. You will stock and retrieve automotive parts, process paperwork, and handle shipments with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include automotive parts familiarity, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with inventory software. A High School Diploma, valid license, and background checks are required. Growth opportunities and team support are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive parts warehouse or similar role.
• Familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to identify them by sight or by part number.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Experience using inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and retrieving automotive parts
• Process required paperwork for accurate record keeping and tracking
• Complete and maintain certifications required to ship and/or receive hazardous materials as needed
• Receive incoming parts deliveries, verify accuracy of daily shipments
• Inspect & verify stock is in good condition, double check part numbers
• Pull and pack parts for customer orders and technician service requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the Parts Manager about reordering needs
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following OSHA safety guidelines and dealership protocols
