Nissan Of San Marcos is seeking a Parts Counter associate to join our team in San Marcos, Texas. Our team emphasizes integrity, empowerment, commitment, and innovation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting from within.

The role involves processing parts orders, assisting customers, coordinating with service technicians, and upselling related items while upholding dealership policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders, including special orders, backorders, and returns.
• Assist customers in identifying correct parts and accessories for their vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure correct parts are provided for repairs.
• Promote and upsell additional parts, accessories, and service related work items.
• Process warranties and core returns in compliance with dealership and manufacture policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving complaints or concerns promptly.
• Ensure accuracy of invoices, tickets, and repair orders related to parts transactions.
• Follow all dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacture guidelines.
